The Account Soft-Closes At Your Ceiling
Once your account reaches your maximum percentage performance reward, the account will soft-close. This protects your reward and keeps every performance reward consistent and predictable.
Three things decide what you take out of a cycle: the ceiling, the three profitable days that come before it, and the reset that follows.
Once your account reaches your maximum percentage performance reward, the account will soft-close. This protects your reward and keeps every performance reward consistent and predictable.
Before any performance reward is released, you must complete a minimum of 3 profitable days, over 0.5% on Freedom and over 1% on Legacy and Instant. This requirement takes priority over the reward limit, so if you reach your maximum percentage performance reward before completing those days, your account will not soft-close immediately: it stays open so you can satisfy the requirement.
When your performance reward is processed, your account balance is reset back to the original account size, and any profit above your percentage limit is forfeited and does not carry over.
The percentage performance reward relevant to your account size is the absolute maximum per cycle. Anything earned beyond that is forfeited. After payout, your balance resets to the original starting size, and the next cycle begins fresh.
The percentage for your account size is shown at checkout, alongside the fee and every other objective.
